What is Candida?
Candida (technically called Candida Albicans) is a micro organism in the category of yeast, fungi and mould. It is normal for it to live in small amounts in the digestive system and on other body surfaces. However, under certain circumstances it will invade into deeper tissues and organs where it doesn't belong, such as the liver and kidneys, and become abundant. Once it gets that far, it entrenches itself as fungi do (just think how difficult it is t get rid of Athletes Foot or a fungal toenail) The yeast produces certain chemicals and affects cell functions in ways that create many symptoms, some of which can become serious.
The term 'Candida' refers to the general overgrowth of various fungi and yeasts in the body, which flourish under certain circumstances to the pint of causing illness.

We know that the human body needs 21% oxygen to all of it's parts, all the time, to be healthy. When it doesn't have 21% oxygen to parts, those parts literally begin to decay. Fungus begins to grow, and fungus doesn't need oxygen to survive. It needs sugar. Consider what happens to for instance an animal that gets run over and killed, or a fruit or vegetable gets old and it begins the process of decay. As soon as there is no oxygen in the system, decay sets in. They begin to rot, they are decaying and all the symptoms are visible. Mould appears and as the mould spreads we become addicted to sugar in any form because this is what fungus needs to live on.
We are all addicted to the foods we currently eat and most of them are horribly poisonous
There is much conflicting information out there about food, and the truth is out there too. Each of us must research and see for ourselves the larger picture. Ask questions.
We are energetic beings, and much of what we find is designed purely for our sensual pleasure and our distraction, and much of it saps our energy and pulls us towards physical disintegration. If we really believe that we are energetic beings we must follow a narrow path through these temptations.
If we look way back at evolution, we see that from the beginning we had to experiment with food purely by trial an error, must to figure out which were good for us and at which would kill us. Eat this plant and survive, eat that plant over there and die.
At that point in our history we worked out what would kill us and only now area we realising what foods add to our ultimate longevity and keep pure energy high, and which ones ultimately wear us down.
As human beings, we look like material stuff, flesh and blood, but we are atoms, pure energy. When we look deeper into atoms, we first see particles, and at deeper levels particles themselves disappear into patterns of pure energy, vibrating at a certain level.
If we look at the way we eat from this perspective, we see that what we put in our bodies as food affects our vibrational state. Certain foods increase our energy vibration and others diminish it. The truth is as simple as this.
All disease is as a result of a drop in vibrational energy and when our energy drops to certain point, there are natural forces in the world that are designed to disincorporate our body.
Let's look at the larger picture. When anything dies, a dog hit by a car for instance, or a person after a long illness - the cells in the body immediately loose their vibration and become very acid in chemistry. That acid state is a signal to the microbes of the world, the virus, the bacteria and the fungi, that it is time to decompose this dead tissue. This is their job in the physical universe. To return a body back to the earth.
As was said earlier, when our bodies drop in energy because of the foods we are eating this makes us susceptible to disease.
Here's how it works
When we eat foods, they metabolise and leave ash or waste in our body. This ash is either acid in nature, or alkaline depending on the food. If it is alkaline it is quickly extracted from our body with little energy.
However if the waste products are acid, they are very hard/difficult for the blood and lymph system to eliminate and are stored in our organs and tissues as solids. Low vibrational crystalline form that creates blocks or disruption to the vibrationary levels of our cells. The more such acid by-products are stored. The more acid these tissues become, and guess what?
A microbe of one type or another appears and senses all this acid and says' Ahaa! This body is ready to be decomposed.
Are you getting this?
When any organism dies, its body changes quickly, to a highly acid environment and is consumed by microbes very quickly. If we begin to resemble this very acid or death state, then we begin to become under attack from microbes.
So the kinds of foods we eat directly set us up for disease. The wrong foods lower our vibration level and the forces of nature begin to return our bodies to the earth.
What about diseases that aren't caused by microbes?
All diseases come about through microbial action. Research is showing that certain microbes are found to be associated with lesions of the heart and the production of tumours and cancer.
Remember that microbes are just doing what they do. Diets that produce the acid environment are the true cause.
So, grasp this, fully. We humans are either in a high alkaline, high energy state or we are in acid state, which signals the microbes living within us, or that come to us that we are ready to decompose. Disease is literally a rotting of some part of our body, because the microbes around us have been given a signal that part of us is already dead.
Sorry about being so blunt. What we put in our bodies and the food we eat determines almost entirely the state we are in.
Generally the foods that leave an acid state in our body are heavy, overcooked, over processed, and sweet, such as meats, flours, pastries, coffee, alcohol, sugars and sweeter fruits.
Alkaline foods are greener, fresher, and more alive, such as fresh veggies, and their juices, leafy greens, sprouting beans etc., fruits like avocado, tomato, lemons. It can be simple.
We who have grown up in the west, have been brought up to think that cooked meats and processed foods are good for us, but we know that they create an environment of slow decomposing that takes a toll over time.
The good news is that even if we have too much acidity in our bodies and begin to decompose, the situation can be reversed if we improve our nutrition and move into a high energy state.
We have been living in the dark ages when it comes to principles of a vibrant, high energy body. Humans are designed to live for two or three times as long as we do and to be healthy for that length of time. We eat in a way that immediately begins to destroy us. Everywhere before us, we see people who are disencorporating before our eyes.
Does it have to be this way?
There is more information out there than we need. The way to be healthy, vibrant and truly alive is to eat as much locally gown, fresh organic food and as little processed, tinned, fried, sweet, sugars. Read the ingredients label. That's all we need to know. What is in my food? Remember supermarkets are for shelf-life! It takes chemicals to give shelf-life! Read the list of additives and ask yourself, 'Would I drink this if someone gave it to me on a spoon'.

IN A SEPARATE CUP, pre-mix a 3 or 4 drop dose with unfiltered vinegar or citric acid, or lemon juice (use the normal 1 to 5 ratio), wait 3 minutes, then use an eye-dropper to place the mix in the capsule and cap it. Take the capsule immediately with water using at least one half cup to a full cup of water. Avoid juices - no taste-masking is needed.
This writer never complained much about the MMS taste. My thought was that if the MMS taste is a handicap for you, then you better hope you never have to take chemo or sickening doses of strong antibiotic pills. On the other hand, I do hear from people who are VERY sensitive to the MMS odor and taste. They sometimes diminish their doses and never achieve full benefit.

My name is Carole and I am 60ish and would like to give you my testimonial regarding MMS.
Just recently in May 2009 I was told by a good friend called Jenny about MMS and all the benefits to one's health by taking it.
I have a history of urinary tract infections and in November 2008 I was hospitalised for 8 days with it. The infection had gone to my kidneys which was extremely painful. I was on morphine for the pain and treated with a cocktail of intravenous antibiotics 3 times a day. Not good. It took me a long time to get over it but thankfully until recently I have been clear of any recurrence.
However, upon returning from Scotland recently, I woke up very early with a very bad pain in my bladder and back, knowing very well what the problem was and I knew I would have to take a urine sample to the doctor immediately. I prepared my sample first thing in the morning for the doctor and was shocked when I saw that it was very dark and contained a lot of blood. As I had a long time to wait until surgery opening hours to obtain an appointment, I wondered what I could do to help myself in the meantime. And then I remembered the MMS which I hadn't started. I thought there couldn't be a better time than now to give the MMS a go. I had been told previously by Jenny just to start with one drop. However I decided "mega problem, start with 3". I also decided that I would make my appointment with the doctor for later in the day so if I got worse then I would get to see him before the day was over.
This is the dosage I took:
Started with 3 drops early am, another 2 drops at 11.00am and another 3 drops at 3.30pm.
I then took another urine sample at 5.00pm to take to the doctor and was shocked and amazed at the difference. As my appointment with the doctor was for 5.30pm I cancelled it.
I still had pain which continued for several days which did get better as I increased the number of drops.
I am still amazed at what happened and also very, very grateful to Jenny for telling me about MMS.
I know that had it not been for MMS I would have been admitted into hospital and pumped once again with mega doses of antibiotics.
Attached is the photo that I took showing my two samples, one before I started the MMS and the last one taken after the 3 doses as above at 5.00pm the same day. I'm sure you will know which sample was taken first !!!!!!!
The fantastic outcome for me is that for the first time in years I was able to avoid having to be put on antibiotics. I am also sleeping better.
